Evaluation

All care starts with an in-depth examination to determine the root cause of your symptoms and determine the best treatment approach to address your concerns.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques used to decrease pain, relax tight muscles, and increase mobility. We tailor all our treatments to what your body needs that day. No two treatment sessions look the same!

Exercise Programming

We give you attainable exercises for homework - we choose 1-3 exercises each week so you can get them done amidst your busy schedule! All exercises are individualized - no cookie cutter approach with us!

Birth Preparation

I’m sure you’ve heard people talk about birth as more of a marathon and not a sprint. Well, it’s true and we want you and your body to be as prepared as possible - for whatever might come your way. We work on pelvic opening exercises, breathing techniques, perineal massage, pushing strategies, labor positions, and we get your partner involved too! We want you to be informed going into your labor and not fearful as fear can actually stall labor. Experience a better birth, work with us!

After a long and hard birth with my daughter, I developed pelvic floor pain. I thought it would go away as I healed, but 2 years later, it was still there. I was pregnant with my second and was worried it would interfere with this birth. I worked with Michelle, who helped me to realize that I had a lot of tension down there.
