Pregnancy-related: low back pain, SI joint pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, round ligament pain, joint pain, wrist pain (carpal tunnel), tailbone pain, leg cramps, incontinence (leaking pee, poop, or gas), pelvic pain, pelvic heaviness or pressure, safe exercise

Birth Preparation: Improve your birth experience with education about how your pelvic floor can be impacted during labor and delivery. We teach labor positions, breathing techniques, pushing positions, pushing practice, breathing and vocalizations for pushing, comfort measures with your partner, and early postpartum expectations for healing. We offer a special birth preparation package that includes 4 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum sessions to fully evaluate your mobility as well as perform an in-depth internal exam.

Postpartum-related: low back pain, tailbone pain, upper back and neck pain, wrist pain, incontinence (leaking pee, poop, or gas), diastasis recti (ab separation), pelvic floor dysfunction, childbirth recovery and exercise plans, return to run, pelvic organ prolapse (heaviness, pressure, or feeling like a tampon is falling out), pelvic pain, pain with sex

Women’s Health: pelvic floor dysfunction and pain, incontinence (leaking pee, poop, or gas), low back pain, SI joint pain, sciatica, hip pain, core weakness, chronic pelvic pain, perimenopause and menopause related pelvic floor symptoms
