Birth Preparation: Improve your birth experience with education about how your pelvic floor can be impacted during labor and delivery. We teach labor positions, breathing techniques, pushing positions, pushing practice, breathing and vocalizations for pushing, comfort measures with your partner, and early postpartum expectations for healing. We offer a special birth preparation package that includes 4 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum sessions to fully evaluate your mobility as well as perform an in-depth internal exam.
