Pricing & What to Expect

Investing in Care That Actually Solves the Problem

We believe you deserve to know exactly what you’re getting into—no surprises, no pressure, and no endless appointments without a plan.

At Moms in Motion PT, our goal isn’t to temporarily reduce symptoms.

It’s to help you fully resolve them and feel confident in your body long-term.

You don’t need more appointments.

You need the right plan to actually get better.

If you’re here, you’re probably dealing with something that’s been brushed off as “normal”…

  • Leaking when you run, jump, or sneeze

  • Pain with sex

  • Pressure or heaviness “down there”

  • Lingering pain after pregnancy or birth

  • A body that just doesn’t feel like your own anymore

And you’re wondering: “Is this something I just have to live with?”

It’s not.

But it does require the right kind of care.

Why We Don’t Take Insurance

We’ve intentionally built Moms in Motion PT differently.

We are a cash-based, out-of-network practice by design.

Because the truth is—most women don’t get better in a system that:

  • Rushes appointments

  • Treats symptoms instead of root causes

  • Tells you to “just do Kegels” and sends you on your way

Here, you’ll get:

  • A full hour of one-on-one, undivided attention

  • Care that looks at your whole body, not just a symptom or one body part that will be paid for by insurance

  • A clear, personalized plan based on your goals

  • No rushed care, long wait times, or unnecessary visits

Most importantly—it allows us to focus on real results, not restrictions.

What Results Typically Look Like

One of the biggest concerns we hear is: “How many visits will I need?”

While every person is different, most of our patients:

  • Are seen for 10–12 visits on average

  • Start at 1x/week and then move to every other week and eventually once a month (not multiple times per week)

  • Begin seeing meaningful improvements within the first few visits

We’re not here to keep you in care forever.

We’re here to help you get better—and stay better.

Our Approach to Long-Term Results

We don’t believe in quick fixes. You can definitely find cheaper, quicker options. But most of these approaches only reduce symptoms temporarily, don’t address the root cause, and leave you right back where you started (or worse, questioning yourself even more!)

Our approach is focused on:

  • Identifying the root cause of your symptoms

  • Guiding you through a clear, structured plan

  • Helping you understand your body

  • Supporting you every step of the way

  • Helping you fully return to the activities you love feeling strong, confident, and in control again

Many of our patients choose to commit to a full plan of care upfront—and we consistently see that those patients achieve the best long-term outcomes.

For Women Who Are Ready to Actually Fix the Problem - Package Options

We offer several package options for patients who are ready to commit to their care.

Why packages? Because here’s what we’ve seen over and over again:

Women who commit to a full plan of care:

  • Stay more consistent

  • Show higher follow-through (which is key for lasting results)

  • Get significantly better long-term results

Packages aren’t “magic”—but commitment makes the biggest difference in the long term.

We’ll help you decide what makes the most sense for you during your first visit.

Is This Worth the Investment?

Only you can answer that—but here’s what we see every day:

Women come to us after:

  • Trying to “just live with it” or ignore symptoms

  • Being told their symptoms are “normal”

  • Googling endlessly or trying the DIY approach

  • Going to traditional PT and not getting results

And they come to us when they are ready to finally solve it.

They leave:

  • No longer leaking or in pain

  • Confident in their body

  • Back to running, lifting, playing with their kids, and feeling like themselves again

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you’re looking for a quick fix, we’re probably not the right fit.

But if you’re ready to:

  • Understand your body

  • Address the root cause

  • And finally feel like yourself again

You don’t have to keep living with this. We’re here to help.
