Meet Brittany

Brittany lives in Lino Lakes, MN with her husband and three energetic kids. She brings 10 years of physical therapy expertise as well as personal experience to her care.

Her own experiences with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum led her to this specialty and shaped her holistic approach to care. Brittany loves walking alongside women in their journeys and helping them feel truly seen and supported, both in and out of the clinic.

From feeling unprepared in her first birth experience to refining her mind-body connection and navigating physical challenges in later pregnancies, she understands firsthand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported. She takes a holistic approach to care, addressing not just the physical body but also the emotional, mental, and social aspects of healing.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys homeschooling her children, spending time in community, and simple joys like walks, baking, and family movie nights. She is honored to walk alongside women in their journeys and is excited to support you in yours.
